This policy explains what information the WonderfulMC website (wonderfulmc.fun), our Minecraft server and our Discord community may collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or server you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Website visits. Our hosting provider automatically processes technical data when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested and timestamps. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
Staff list and announcements. The staff page shows the in-game name, rank and join date of staff members. Announcements are written by our administrators and shown on the home page.
Administrator sign-in. Only administrators can sign in. A session cookie is created for that purpose (see our Cookie Policy). Regular visitors cannot sign in and no visitor accounts exist on this website.
Minecraft server. To run the server and enforce our rules, we may process your Minecraft username, UUID, IP address, chat and command logs, gameplay activity and records of punishments.
Discord. If you join our Discord server, Discord processes your account data under its own policy. Staff may keep ticket conversations and moderation records.
2. How we use information
- To operate, secure and improve the website and server
- To enforce our rules and prevent cheating, abuse, ban evasion and attacks
- To respond to support requests and applications
- To publish the staff list and announcements
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third parties
We rely on services that may receive data when you use our website or server:
- Cloudflare for hosting and security of the website.
- Google Fonts to load the website typeface. Your IP address is sent to Google when the font is requested.
- Discord when you follow our Discord link.
- Our store at store.wonderfulmc.fun when you buy ranks or items. Payments are handled by the store and payment provider, and this website does not receive or store your card details.
- Mojang and Microsoft for Minecraft accounts and authentication.
These services have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
4. How long we keep data
Hosting logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider. Moderation and punishment records are kept for as long as needed to enforce our rules. Staff list entries and announcements are kept until an administrator removes them.
5. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect our systems, including restricting administrator access behind a password. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You may ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, unless we need to keep it to enforce a punishment or meet a legal duty. Staff members can ask to be removed from the public staff list at any time. To make a request, contact us on Discord.
7. Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through the website. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the website or server after a change means you accept the updated policy.
